HOLLYWOOD, FL - The Broward Master Brokers Forum (MBF), an organization comprised of South Florida's top residential real estate agents, recently enjoyed a special reception in the acclaimed "Sky Residence" in Trump Hollywood. The unique affair was hosted by Interiors by Steven G.; the Pompano Beach-based design firm which decorated and furnished the extraordinary 5,000 square-foot unit, and featured the Honorable Steven Geller (a former Florida Senator) as the guest speaker. More than 80 Master Brokers enjoyed wine and hors d'oeuvres while touring the fully-furnished model on the 12th floor, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.Interiors by Steven G. founder and president Steven Gurowitz welcomed the members and briefly discussed the process of designing the Sky Residence, followed by an introduction to Trump Hollywood from Patrick Campbell, the project's sales director.This was followed by Senator Geller's presentation, which covered the exciting renaissance of Hollywood, the possible expansion of legalized gambling in the area, beach erosion concerns, and general real estate market issues.
